Beloved,

Your thoughts run your life. Be careful of what you feed your heart with. The heart of the matter is a matter of heart. You have the responsibility of ensuring that your heart is in a right place at all times. The world is full of so many distractions and pollution so much that you do not need to do much to get polluted but you’ve got to do a lot to stay purified. Keep your heart with all diligence (Proverbs 4:23).
